Sign up to bring a dish to share! Please plan to bring 24+ servings. We ask that dishes be single-serving bites or portioned onto little plates/cups. Dishes need to be delivered for 300 block of Avila by 12:00pm (or dropped off earlier in the day with Leslie at 324 Avila). Dishes can be homemade or store-bought, but only homemade can be entered into the contest!
Are you willing to host a table? Face painting, craft table, set up a carnival game, all ideas are welcome! We ask that a table be hosted for a minimum of 2 hours. Have an idea but need extra volunteers? We can help! Want to volunteer, but don't want to host - let us know! Do you DJ or know someone in the neighborhood who wants to play?
Do you have spare gear you'd like to share for the day? Folding tables, folding chairs, coolers, bubble machines, pop up canopy, trash/recycling bins, carnival games, face painting supplies, giant connect four, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, snowcone machine, etc.
Are you a local business that would like to donate food, a gift certificate for our raffle, or set up an activity table? Fill out our form today!
